A real good car buying experience My wife and I found several previously owned cars that we were interested in at this dealership at their on-line site. We entered our information and My wife and I found several previously owned cars that we were interested in at this dealership at their on-line site. We entered our information and e-mail address and within about 10 minutes the polite lady answered in a non-pushy way. We set up an appointment for the next morning and was greeted very warmly by staff there. Ms Lott was assigned to us and she arranged to have the cars that we were interested in brought to us for test driving. The short version: We chose two of the cars for comparison and she drew up a couple of drafts on them for us to study. We did and made an offer on the one that seemed to match our needs and budget, they countered and we countered and the deal was accepted. The sales manager was most helpful in showing us how they had derived at their asking price, It was very fair. We got a good deal and they made a little bit of money. Jason Ladner was the closer and he explained fully each of the papers we signed (on the neat desk screen computer). We are not fast buyers by any means, but we were out of there in about 2 1/2 hours. Thanks Star for a real good car buying experience. We will be back and will definitely recommend you to others. More

I went after work, and left the dealership within an hour with my used car. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Jo Ann arranged for my trade in to be picked up from my house, and I even got a few hundred dollars for it despite the fact that it wasn't running. She offered to have it detailed later at my convenience. I love my Toyota Yaris...she was affordable, is super cute, and fun to drive. Thanks again! More

I was disappointed until they let me know they were going to the next day GMC sale and the dream car I wanted would probably be there. Not only did they find my car, they gave an even better deal than the first Cadillac advertised. Ms. Joann was such a lovely person to work with, and the others were very helpful and friendly also.
