The 20 year- 250,000 mile powertrain warranty caught my eye! I was drawn to this dealership due to the warranty offered on NEW and USED vehicles. He was very polite and professional. I was upside down on my trade in and he did everything in his power to find a vehicle that I could afford and that I liked! He was a great salesman and helped me get into a 2016 Chevy Malibu for around the same monthly note that I was used to! I was very satisfied with Paul. I even referred a friend of mine and she bought a car the next day with Paul! I highly recommend him and this dealership! More

Bad Day Turned Great! Was bringing my car to service center for the transmission, didn't realize they were closed. We got paper work completed in a reasonable time since I had my pre-authorizations, down payment, and insurance ready to go. She did dispute what the internet said about making offer by telling me that I could not get the vehicle for any lower than advertised. This disappointed me somewhat as the internet add said differently, but I did not argue and make a scene. I was also disappointed in the fact that the add stated auto lights and the vehicle seems not to have the displayed feature. Also, I asked for the vehicle book for the glove box so I know where everything is on vehicle and have yet to receive since end of February. Overall, I had a decent experience and learned a lot. Made me Happy I did my first internet car shopping this time. I found the truck I was looking for at Star Chevrolet.
