I made an inquiry on the website and was contacted by very helpful and courteous Maggie who set up an appointment for me to come in. When I got there Maggie put me to work with Nate who was awesome and stuck with me as I tried almost every vehicle on the lot in the rain none the less! Most salespeople would have gotten irritated and blown me off, but he did not! 6 hours later and a lot of rain later I finally decided on a Chevy Equinox. The crew at Star Chevrolet treated me like family they were very friendly and courteous and I can not say enough about the positive experience I had. I set an appointment and made the 1-1/2 hour drive, they were ready for us when we arrived. We test drove, made offer, agreed on a price, done in very little time and hassel. I found them friendly and honest. The only two things we noticed was the battery on the car we bought was dead (once jump-started no problems since), and the vehicle was dirty on the inside (after we purchased though it was detailed and made very clean). They filled with fuel and we were ready to go. Certainly would buy from this dealer again without question. More

Star has a wide ranging selection of cars available and their staff is highly courteous and professional. Consequently we purchased that vehicle. We would highly recommend checking out Star's inventory. When, in the future, we look for any additional car or truck, we'll be checking with Star first.
