My sales lady was JoAnn Lott, and she was the friendliest sales person I have encountered at a dealership. She explained all the features to me, and she never pressured me into buying the vehicle. I knew the amount of my trade-in before we knew the amount of the pay off. I knew that they were being open and honest about the deal. I drove back to Gulfport without making a purchase.
