Nice experience at a dealership I was searching the Star Chevrolet website for a truck, and I found one that I liked. I left Gulfport and drove to Wiggins to take a look at it. My sales lady was JoAnn Lott, and she was the friendliest sales person I have encountered at a dealership. She explained all the features to me, and she never pressured me into buying the vehicle. I knew the amount of my trade-in before we knew the amount of the pay off. I knew that they were being open and honest about the deal. I drove back to Gulfport without making a purchase. The next morning I drove back to Wiggins to purchase it. The Star Chevrolet team worked with me to get my payment where I needed it, and I will always refer people to JoAnn Lott. More

This made my life easier and I think demonstrates these folks do care about the customer's time, rather than just paying lip service to that idea. I made an inquiry on the website and was contacted by very helpful and courteous Maggie who set up an appointment for me to come in. When I got there Maggie put me to work with Nate who was awesome and stuck with me as I tried almost every vehicle on the lot in the rain none the less! Most salespeople would have gotten irritated and blown me off, but he did not! 6 hours later and a lot of rain later I finally decided on a Chevy Equinox. The crew at Star Chevrolet treated me like family they were very friendly and courteous and I can not say enough about the positive experience I had. Straight Forward and easy to buy from I called about a Toyota I found on the internet at Star, they took the time to answer all my questions even calling me back to the questions they did I called about a Toyota I found on the internet at Star, they took the time to answer all my questions even calling me back to the questions they did not know the answer to. I set an appointment and made the 1-1/2 hour drive, they were ready for us when we arrived. We test drove, made offer, agreed on a price, done in very little time and hassel. I found them friendly and honest. The only two things we noticed was the battery on the car we bought was dead (once jump-started no problems since), and the vehicle was dirty on the inside (after we purchased though it was detailed and made very clean). They filled with fuel and we were ready to go. Certainly would buy from this dealer again without question. More
