I have purchased 3 trucks, my son 1 and my brother in law 1 from this dealership. I would have continued to purchase all my vehicles through this dealership up until my last experience. After 3 purchases the way we were treated once the deal was done was crazy! Ignored phone calls, lies! During our negotioation it was said that we have to get the hitch out of our current truck so the deal would not happen that day. We were told "Oh it's no problem we will take that out for you". When I get there suddenly it's a big deal, I kept saying maybe we should just wait we can remove the hitch in a few days. They then agreed it would be taken care of they would have someone in the service department remove the hitch. Of course after they said it would cost $100 which we refused and spoke to the manager about. Then we get a call saying no they can't do it unless we pay $400.. Then they stopped taking/returning calls even to the manager! Eventually my husband had to go lay in their parking lot removing the hitch himself without the proper tools because again he was laying in the parking lot! Thanks for the wonderful customer service. Hope your $100 or $400 since it changes by the minute was worth loosing 3 customers over! I will never ever purchase from your dealership again. I will go somewhere that isn't in such a hurry and doesn't tell customers lies to get a deal done. More

I had been searching on weekends for a GMC Sierra 1500 truck for a couple of months both in PA and NJ. My wife and I are new to PA and the Lehigh Valley area, I stopped in one day on my way home from work just to look at the trucks when I met Marcos Nascimento (new car sales consultant) what a nice guy! From the time I met Marcos he listened to me while I was explaining what I was looking for in a truck. Marcos is very knowledgeable regarding the GMC Sierra and he took the time to explain all the details in clear terminology. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I did not feel pressured into making the deal. Two days later when my wife and I went back to pick up the truck, Marcos met us at the door and greeted both of us with respect and kindness. Again, Marcos went over some additional questions we had and then provided us with a tour of the dealership introducing us to additional staff and showing us where the service and the nice customer waiting areas were located. Then, Marcos escorted us to the truck and once inside the truck went over all of the operating systems and their functions with both of us. I really appreciated her no pressure/no pushy sales tactics. Her approach to my demands were met without apprehension as she did the best she could to meet my needs. Upon leaving with my new vehicle, Pat showed my everything I needed to know about it, which is comforting to know that someone who is selling you a car actually knows about it.
