Great dealership! I recently just thought about trading my 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 in for a newer GM truck because I really loved the new look of the Chevy and GMC. I I recently just thought about trading my 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 in for a newer GM truck because I really loved the new look of the Chevy and GMC. I was sent out to Star car Buick and GMC of Easton by friend who has done business before with this dealership and always had a great review about them. I was told to ask for Marcos Nascimento and that he would take good care of me and give me a great offer on a newer truck. Well Marcos and the dealership gave me a great deal that I could not refuse! I am now currently driving a brand new GMC Sierra 1500 and its great looking truck! Extremely happy with everything and Marcos was extremely helpful! I strongly recommend you ask for him when visiting this dealership. You will not be disappointed I promise! Bunch of Lies I have no problems with the work that was done. My gripe is I was lied to by the Service Advisor, Manager, and even the clerk who took my money. I had a problem with a window that would not roll up. I realized the entire assembly had to be replaced. However, I was told it could be frayed cable, track, loose motor, locked motor, among others. The window went down and would not roll up as it shifted. I was able to shift back and operate the motor with ease. There was no cable or motor problem and I believe just an issue with over travel. I was told the motor froze and the entire assembly needed replacement. So, from the night before till I took it in, the motor froze. I received a new window regulator and 400 dollar bill. They left the trash in the back seat. I also requested the part but did not receive that either. Complained to service manager who played politician. Asked why they did not wash the vehicle and he noted they have problems with the wash. I told him when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they were washing others. Trend is they continued to lie. I have an exceedingly difficult time finding an honest dealer to get service. I will not ever return to STAR. More

Great experience shopping for a new Buick. I was greeted by Michael Frace after visiting three dealerships that day and was very dissatisfied with my experiences at the other dealerships. Michael was very respectful and knowledgeable on the product . I was very impressed with his ability to be patient while I shopped with my kids and offered my family drinks and made us feel at home. I have purchased a 2013 Buick Enclave and have already advised several of my friends to come buy off of Michael. If you are looking for a professional I recommend you ask for Michael Frace. More
Excellence in Performance I was scanning trucks in "TRUCK SHOPPER" on Wednesday evening ( 4/9), and I noted a 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 was available. I checked the website for Star I was scanning trucks in "TRUCK SHOPPER" on Wednesday evening ( 4/9), and I noted a 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 was available. I checked the website for Star that evening, and saw the truck was still available to be see, so I e-mailed Star, asking someone to contact me. On Thursday morning, I received a response from Paul Falcone. I called him and outlined what I wanted in a vehicle, and what I could afford to offer on the 2011 Sierra. I asked him to check with his manager if my proposal would be acceptable. He called me back shortly, and said yes, but he indicated he does not do actual sales, and would arrange for me to meet with a sales consultant. I indicated to Paul that I would arrive at 11:30 Thursday (4/10). When I arrived with my wife, Paul introduced us to Marcos Nascimento, the sales consultant. Marcos arranged for my wife and I to take the vehicle out for a test ride. After a very satisfactory drive, we returned to Star, and Marcos answered all my questions, and we set up a 4:00 time on Friday (4/11) to take delivery. My wife and I were both impressed by Marcos-- he is very friendly, outgoing, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells! On Friday, I arrived at Star, and met with Marcos to finalize details of the purchase and sign the required documents. I also met briefly with Mark Miquel about extended service programs and warranties, which he explained were valuable options that I might want to purchase. Marcos and I then met to sign the required papers and documents, which was followed by a brief chat with Keith Muir, general manager, who wanted to ask about my experience at Star. I told Keith that I had been to another dealership only a few days earlier (Monday), and that my experience at another store was quite negative. The difference at Star was extreme and extremely positive! Every member of the Star team that I met was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Marcos Nascimento left me with a very positive impression for his warm, outgoing style and his knowledge and professional approach are both major assets -- for him and for Star Buick GMC! On Friday , I arrived at 4:00 and I was set to go at 5:00. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle that you START at Star Buick-GMC and seek out Marcos Nascimento. He is the consummate professional, and I am sure you will leave with a vehicle you will enjoy, and an experience you will remember positively. Bad situation avoided thanks to eagerness to do what's right We purchased a low mileage used vehicle in 2012 from Star. Because it had so low miles (4yrs old only 9,000 miles) we opted for extended warranty cov We purchased a low mileage used vehicle in 2012 from Star. Because it had so low miles (4yrs old only 9,000 miles) we opted for extended warranty coverage. During the signing of the paperwork, a mistake was made and the effective date of the warranty was listed as incorrect. Fast forward two years and 3-4 problems with the vehicle, now one of which is a well known issue with the Acadia being a timing chain cover. I called to verify everything before deciding what we wanted to do moving forward. When I did so, the person told me the warranty was expired. According to my contract, it wasn't. We spoke to Clete immediately as we knew it was something that had to get to his level. Right away, instead of trying to push blame or do the wrong thing Clete took ownership of the situation and made it right. A great outcome and one that will keep customers like me coming back. Not only, will I be certainly well pleased with Star, I will tell my friends and family what an honest, trustworthy dealership that they are operating. The entire team through the service process from Bill Lindsay, Brian Gorman, and even Clete has been awesome. Every team member stepped up and gave their opinion and helped bring this to resolution for us. Star gave me the highest trade in value and the lowest price on my new GMC out of all the dealerships I visited. No pressure, no hassle, best price, and VERY friendly.
