Adam Mihalko was my sales rep and he treated me as if he knew me for years. He made me feel confident and comfortable with the purchase that I was making. In regards to explaining the vehicle Adam was very knowledgeable, efficient, a good listener, knew the car in detail, a good sense of humor, very professional, very caring. He made me so informed of the vehicle I felt like I could sell a car. The managers at Star were very nice as well. They comforted me and also explained the vehicle and the warranties to me in a way that I understood everything.
