The Acadia had caught our eye and we wanted to see one up close and personal. As we strolled around the lot, Adam wandered our way and instantly became our new BFF. Adam was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about the Acadia. There happened to be one sitting nearby and it was love at first sight, although I suspect Adam caught the twinkle in our eyes right away. He encouraged us to take a look, showing us all the bells and whistles.... and we soon became one with this shiny silver vehicle. Adam walked us through the rest and the next day, my husband returned and bought it. Adam made it easy and painless and his engaging smile didn't hurt either. Happy Thanksgiving indeed!!! The prices & monthly payments they were coming back with were ridiculous. We ended up at STAR because of the inventory & they had the GMC Terrain we liked. We were literally in & out. They made us an offer on our trade that was higher than the other dealer & the monthly payments were lower by $200-300! Macros was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. We will be going back for sure for another vehicle in the future. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was how poorly the vehicle was cleaned, we actually found cigarette ashes in the car, which is disappointing that someone was smoking in it. This has nothing to do with the salesman Marcos but that was the only negative we had! More
