He and Tom Harding, the Sales Manager, put the truck through a thorough check and replaced anything and everything that needed it, so that I left with a safe and reliable vehicle, at no additional cost to me. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly. I went to 10 other dealers before Star and had extremely bad experiences. Star has great integrity and the best customer service I have ever had in any industry. While my truck was being worked on they even gave me a new car to drive! They kept me constantly apprised of the status of my vehicle, and called several times afterwards to make sure I was happy. It is the best vehicle I have owned and rides like a new truck! Marcos absolutely met every expectation and went above and beyond through the entire process to make it the best car buying experience I have ever had. This was the 5th car I've purchased through a dealer and I have to say everything was very professional and really went smooth. Tom is the used car manager and he was very helpful through the process, as well. Very little back and forth-we came to an agreement quickly and I am very happy with the service from everyone. The only reason I gave the "Quality of Work" 4 instead of 5 stars was because I had a small issue the service department wasn't able to fix but again, this was a BMW-not a Buick or GMC. So this is not their specialty and Marcos and Tom accommodated me to make arrangements to have it fixed. So again, everything was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone. More
