I recently bought GMC diesel track from this dealership. Also I bought extended warranty on this truck, so it should be worry free. Right? No. A week ago it was quite cold (around 12F) so I got pesky and ve Also I bought extended warranty on this truck, so it should be worry free. Right? No. A week ago it was quite cold (around 12F) so I got pesky and very well know for GMC/Shevy Duramax Diesel "Service Emission Required". But I was covered by extended insurance? Right? Guess what, they detected that wires were chewed by squirrels or mices (how convenient for them) and it is not covered by insurance. Right, truck was outside at 12F and mices went there to chew particular connector out. Do those mouses work for thid dealership? And they want to charge over $400 for one connector replacement. This is not freaking worry free what they claimed when selling it. And then when I said no cancel it, they are trying to charge for "inspection" for over $160 - "Technician had to plug a computer and read a error code and find that wire". I am going to cancel that extended warranty and will repair this truck on local shop I trust. And without warranty I bet it will cost me less. More
Took my vehicle in to troubleshoot 'Servuice Airbag' light. I also wanted an oil change and they talked me into an injector cleaning. They also notified me of an airbag recall. I arrived and paid. I then went to get my truck and immediately saw the service airbag light was still on. Went back in and asked about it. Their excuse was they forgot to put it on the work order. When i said i found it hard to believe the service tech did not mention it to the service manager to bring to my attention, she replied "We've been burnt in the past doing unauthorized work". REALLY?!?! Bringing a safety issue to the attention of the vehicle owner is a risk? I will take the vehicle down the street to Chevy for repairs. More

I took to another certified service center and brakes were at 8 and 10 and no addition work needed to inspect . Won't ever use again More
Awful Car/Awful service Bought a 2 yr old Cadillac XTS with 20,000 miles. Had it 1yr 11 months and has numerous suspension issues, alignment issues, CUE(screen) issues, and a Bought a 2 yr old Cadillac XTS with 20,000 miles. Had it 1yr 11 months and has numerous suspension issues, alignment issues, CUE(screen) issues, and air intake replaced. The Service Manager wasn’t helpful and didn’t care about the issues I’ve had with the car in a short time period. Not friendly, not willing to help, and won’t buy a car from there or any STAR again. More
