Frank had the car I wanted all cleaned up and ready for a test drive the same day! the entire process was easy and transparent. I never felt uncomfortable during the purchase and I was extremely pleased with my experience with each employee I dealt with. Frank has since gone above and beyond to assist us in our ownership and has checked in with us from time to time. The manager here had the audacity to ask me my age in the midst of negotiations about the trade in value of my current vehicle. As if because im a young person I should be unquestioning or something? Don't come out and outright profile customers to their face. He also finished our conversation with telling me he couldn't meet my demand because he has to retire in two years! What?! If thats how you'll talk directly to your customers imagine his behavior towards the workers he supervises. I feel sorry for your employees im sure you make them uncomfortable with your behavior daily. More
