Excellent customer service I found the car on Autotrader.com. I live over 4 hours from dealership so much of the questions and concerns were by phone calls and texts. Brandi Ker I found the car on Autotrader.com. I live over 4 hours from dealership so much of the questions and concerns were by phone calls and texts. Brandi Kern returned every call and text and was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I drove out to the dealership and the car was as described, ready to go and most of the paperwork was also ready so my time in the office was minimal.
