Was also promised items on a WE OWE list that I found wrong with the car and 3 months later still trying to get the items sent to me. When I call, I am told that they tried to call and I did not answer. There phone number did not show up on my caller ID and since when do you need to call me to ship the items that you owe me. More

Minus five stars I test drove a vehicle and put a deposit on it on Monday. I set up an appt for my husband to test drive the vehicle on a Wednesday. My husband arrived I test drove a vehicle and put a deposit on it on Monday. I set up an appt for my husband to test drive the vehicle on a Wednesday. My husband arrived at 5:10 for a 5:30 appt. The salesperson Frank was busy with someone else. Ok so somebody can’t give my husband the keys to test drive the car? My husband waited until 6pm for Frank until 6pm . No one took the time to give him the keys or help him in any way. When my husband left he asked for my check back. They couldn’t find it. Now I have to go back up there on Friday to pick up my check which had better be found or I’m calling the police. Go somewhere else and buy a car. They have no respect for you or your time. More

I had a quote from my bank for 3.75% so I told them they could run my credit ONCE. ONE TIME to see if they could get me lower than that. I was very explicit about this. Well...they ran my credit 5 times. They came back with 3.7% so I said "ok". I waited 3+ hours before we actually started the signing of paper work. Paul coerced me into gap insurance. After saying no to it twice he still wouldn't let it go so I finally gave in to shut him up. I planned on just cancelling it the next day. Mid way through signing Vincent, the finance person, came over and told me my rate was really 4.4% (keep in mind it's now 6:30pm on Friday night. No banks have been open for at least 1.5 hours) how it got changed from 3.7% to 4.4% after the banks had closed will always be a mystery to me. There is a reason these guys get 1.5 stars. I'd give a 0 if I could. BUYER BEWARE AND BE READY TO WALK OUT THE DOOR WITHOUT A CAR AT ANY SECOND!!! More
