Buyer beware! Before signing any papers I Was promised the blemishes on the hood would be fixed before purchasing or it was a deal breaker. I made sure to have that in writing, which seemed to annoy Junior. He assured us it would be done and not to worry because he was a man of his word and cared about his ratings! Good thing he sent us a text before our hour long drive stating he had an IOU slip!!! IOU slip!!! Nice try!! Junior acted like a child hanging up on us twice and claiming our deposit was non refundable. Glad Frank called back and was put on speaker phone while we were at our bank stating he would be refunding our deposit to us! Visited TAJ auto mall which they own as well. I Would not recommend purchasing from any of their used car lots, shady if you ask me! More

Very pleased with my experience at Star Auto Mall! I purchased a car from Star Auto Mall two weeks ago, and so far, I am very happy with my purchase. I initially went to Star because they had the type I purchased a car from Star Auto Mall two weeks ago, and so far, I am very happy with my purchase. I initially went to Star because they had the type of vehicle that I was interested in, and I was pleased to find that the buying experience was very low-pressure. My salesman was Junior, and he was quick and efficient in locating the vehicle and keys, sending me on a test drive, and giving me pricing when I said that I was interested in the car. The auto mall is fairly bare-bones – you won’t find soaring glass windows and “free cappuccino” here – but every single person with whom I dealt (including Junior, and Peter in the finance department) was polite and helpful, without the sleazy sales tactics and coercion found at other dealerships, and they had the car that I wanted at a fair price. Junior promised to set up an appointment to have the few light scratches on the car buffed out, and he followed through with that in a timely manner. The car was obviously well-taken-care-of by the previous owner, but the employees at Star did an excellent job with cleaning the interior before I took it home that day, and buffing out the scratches on the exterior when I brought it back about a week later. So all in all, I would highly recommend Junior specifically, and Star Auto Mall in general. More

Amazing dealership with awesome sales people This is our third time purchasing a vehicle from FRANK at Star Auto Mall. We came in to trade our Maxima in for a mini van. Frank ran around trying to find the perfect mini van, we test drove 4 different vehicles and he even got a minivan from another Star Auto location for us to test drive. Frank even interacted with our children and even the others in the office were super welcoming and friendly to our children. They helped work out a dollar amount for our monthly payment that we can afford. We will purchase our next vehicle from them again in the future. Also JUNIOR was extremely helpful and courteous when we came in to get the car detailed the next day. Everyone there is awesome! I highly recommend Star Auto in Bethlehem. More
