I would love to give a better review , but at this time I can not. They have plenty of cars to chose from. Told them what we were looking for and they picked one car to show us instead of all of our possible can not. They have plenty of cars to chose from. Everything was snow covered so they were hard to view. after several visits, we made a choice. They put the paperwork in front of you, tell you to sign but don’t really explain anything. We still have no idea when the first payment is due and where to send it. The car had to go to the shop for a few repairs. We tried to get update on pick up every day but no one would call us back. But, the check had already cleared the bank! After numerous phone calls, we finally were able to pick it up. It was late evening and dark out. The lot is poorly lit. As soon as we started driving I saw a spot on the windshield that I thought was dirt. It didn’t come off with two rounds of washing. Upon closer look it was a chip/crack in the windshield. We called immediately and told the dealership. They promised to call tomorrow and take care of it. Usenet straight home, parked in the garage. Next morning in the daylight, we noticed there are actually 2 chips in the windshield,and a screw in the front tire. We called again to the dealership and have left messages but no one has bothered to call back. My suggestion, if you buy a car, take it somewhere for inspection first. This car had been inspected just prior to our purchase by their facility. Whoever inspects the vehicles and the person who Preps the car for delivery should be fired for their poor performance. They smears of some pastry cleaning compound all over the inside, the windshield was so filthy you can’t see , especially in the sun.
