Horrible service and lies after lies. It’s crazy how they’ll tell you anything for a sell. They also take advantage of females as well. They would not let me just out right buy a car either, telling me they’ll tell you anything for a sell. They also take advantage of females as well. They said they can only take a little more than half and said I must take a loan out for the rest again because of covid. Than told me to return my car so certain things can be fixed (brakes, alignment, windshield, scratches and routine service that kept coming in) They had my car for week and said they fixed all that needed to be fix and they fixed absolutely NOTHING and gave me back my car the same way I dropped it off with more things wrong. They opened my driver side AIR BAG and now it was tampered with and I’m scared it won’t work (god forbid). There’s no screws now that hold the left side driver side bumper so now my bumper hangs. I truly think they did this to be spiteful. My black fast charging charger is gone. I had Lysol aerosol spray and that’s gone. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A CAR !! It’s not worth the headaches and problems. The worst of it all is, they called me and the MANAGER cursed me out like I did something wrong while I was on vacation so I kindly told him I’m on vacation and hung up. More

The manager was great but there was 1 salesman working with 4 customers at one time. We waited 4 hours for completion, left but was never given the keys so had to return. I realize and understand they wer with 4 customers at one time. We waited 4 hours for completion, left but was never given the keys so had to return. I realize and understand they were shorthanded but we waited 2 hours for the car to be detailed and after all that time, the inside windows were never even touched. The front window was very dirty inside. Again, they were very apologetic and the manager was great! More

This dealership was quick efficient and I was really happy with my car and being able to take it off the lot right away. Jazz was the sales guy to work with me and he was so personable and fun to work w happy with my car and being able to take it off the lot right away. Our first salesman was rude and very in helpful, then Tim Denver stepped in and took care of us. After the papers it took a long time to get some one to help more our license plate and get the keys. Not the best in customer service. The "man in charge" spoke down to me because I am a woman. I called the sales person because my car had no spare tire and she never got back to me.
