I've even worked at a dealership back in the day and sold cars for about 6 months... First I want to say I'm not sure how long my review will be. This will definitely not be my only review of this dealership. This might just be part one of my review. Being that the car buying process took 28 days from the day I traded my car in. August 25, 2021 Until 28 days later when I left with my new to me car. About a week into the process I started keeping track of the dates, times, days and hours I've spent at service, the lot or on the phone with problems and issues that I ran into during this month long ordeal. With numerous calls never returned. Culminating with my new to me car that still has problems. The problems seem minor but I fear taking it back to them for any kind of service. My service experience was especially bad. I tried to be patient and understanding being short staffed and having new employees due to covid but the amount of poor customer service was incomprehensible. The $2,200 3yr 36,000 mile bumper to pumper warranty I bought does not cover my cars problems now...The drivers seatbelt alarm goes on and off while driving. Only occasionally annoying. Sunroof leaks so bad I can't even drive it in the rain. ( THEY OBVIOUSLY KNEW ABOUT SUNROOF ) And this is the second car I got from them after the first car I bought was deemed unsafe for the road by their own service department. BUYER BEWARE !!!! USE A MECHANIC AT THE VERY LEAST. More
