From the minute I drove in for service, the service experience was dramatically positive in every regard. Upon calling for a service appointment, I received same day scheduling (when I have an availabl experience was dramatically positive in every regard. Upon calling for a service appointment, I received same day scheduling (when I have an available hour or two and the red service is due light is on, this is very important). When I drove in, I found an open and clean entry service bay. I walked to the service counter and Andrea quickly and professionally processed my service order with a pleasant, courteous attitude. She asked if I would want my car washed and I was given an estimated time of service completion. I waited in a quiet, clean business office with a computer available while my car was serviced. Upon service completion, I was notified, and briefed on the service findings and what might need future attention. All in all, there is nothing more that Stapp Toyota could have done to make this a better experience. I take that back, what about a snack bar and/or barber availability? More

I am writing a review today because of the unbelievable service and costumer care Stapp interstate provided my husband and I last month. My son and husband accidently drove our car into the garage with the back door open and took the car door right off the car. We didn't know what to do, we were scared to drive the car to a repair shop and we needed two cars since we both work. One call to Stapp interstates and the problem was solved!! They came and got our car and gave us a car to test drive while they figured out the damage on our car. Brion Stapp personally checked in with my husband to make sure our family car needs where meet and brought use a new Highlander with a car seat in it for our young son. It was unbelievable, I have never had customer service like that before. It turns out our car could be fixed and Stapp interstate worked with our insurance so we only had to pay our deductable. Our old car came back looking brand new because Stapp interstate even detailed the car. It was such a treat to have a car that didn't have kids leftover snacks all over it. This was all done with only one trip to dealership and reapir shop. I wouldn't deal with any other toyota dealership in Co but Stapp Interstate. Totally worth the drive!!! More
I have never written a review like this, but because of my good experiences at Stapp Toyota, I felt compelled to write. I have never trusted car dealerships, but Stapp has completely changed my mind. I have two Toyota vehicles, both purchased at a different location, and I used to have them both serviced where I bought them. I was constantly getting the run around, especially on pricing of every single thing that I needed. So, I decided to try Stapp. It is much farther from my house, but at this point, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I like that the service department, especially Jason, takes the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. He has also been very transparent about pricing. If I find a better price for a part that I need elsewhere (that hasn't happened very often) he has matched it. I appreciate that. They also get you in and out quickly. I have two little kids, and it's hard juggling car service in addition to your regular day. They pay attention to the fact that my time is important. I also like the fact that the dealership is run by a family team. I have met several of the family members, and I like supporting a local family business. Brion Stapp in particular has been exceptionally responsive and helpful. Stapp Toyota treats people respectfully, honestly and with integrity. When you buy a car, you start a relationship with that dealership, and it's good to know that you can trust the people that you will be working with for years to come. Can't wait for my next new Toyota! I wouldn't buy it anywhere else. More
Excellent service and communication from the service department. Have been using Stapp Interstate for the servicing of my Sequoia for last 5 years and have had wonderful experiences. My car is in fantastic shape and I trust them to do the work well and at a fair price. They are efficient and competent. I have not had any problems getting my car in for servicing in a reasonable time frame. Wouldn't go anywhere else! More
This was my 4th visit to Stapp Interstate Toyota, and my experience is ALWAYS exceptional. The service staff members are wonderful, friendly, and professional. I was a little late for my appointment and the service department still had me out in an hour! I cannot say 1 bad thing about STAPP, from the day I bought my Prius I have been amazed at how awesome this department still had me out in an hour! I even attempted to take my car to Pederson Toyota in Fort Collins and had the worst experience ever. I will drive the 35 minutes from Fort Collins to Frederick every time my car needs work done on it. You guys are what excellent cusotmer service is all about!! More
I purchased my 2012 Toyota Highlander Limited from Art Stapp, he was just wonderful to deal with, professional, courteous and I'd be happy to purchase future vehicles from Stapp, when the time comes. I had my Highlander in for service due to a rattle in the dash (or so I thought). The Service Advisor, Tiffany Humphrey, was just terrific and with perseverance, she isolated the rattle to a faulty windshield. The windshield was replaced and all is right with the world, No More Rattle! Thank you Tiffany! I would highly recommend this dealer for a Toyota purchase and Toyota service. More
We absolutely LOVE Stapp! My fiance had brought my car in for an oil change and the technician found a leak in the water pump. Rather than not saying anything and making us pay for it out of pocket later in for an oil change and the technician found a leak in the water pump. Rather than not saying anything and making us pay for it out of pocket later, the technician informed my fiance the water pump could be replaced under warranty before it became a bigger problem. In today's self-centric society, it is so wonderful to know there are still people who care and can offer such fantastic customer service. Stapp is an amazing organization and we are so thankful for being able to continue to do business with you. More
We purchased running boards for our Tundra from this dealer back in March. In July, we noticed rust looking spots appearing. We brought it to their attention only to be told basically 'too bad'. Um, we have not driven it in snow so this cannot be the reason why. We paid $700 for a product that looks horrible and there is nothing we can do about it. It seems unfair for the consumer to eat the cost of a product they said has been known to do this. Why sell the product at all? If we had know it would do this, we would have picked out another one. The oil change service itself was fine. Just unhappy with a product we bought last spring. More
