I brought my car in because the battery needed jumped twice in four days. I told the service advisor after it's jumped, the battery tests fine, with 14v. 30 minutes later, the service advisor informed twice in four days. Yup, the service advisor told me the next time my car won't start, I should bring it in for testing. No problem! I'll just drive my car that won't start right on over! More
Horrible service department. I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours waiting for an oil change while I watch all the people that came in here after me leave. Multi years we went to Stapp for service on our two new vehicles. No issues till this year when (apparently we are not the only ones, clearly there is some employees in the shop that are incompetent) we ha vehicles. No issues till this year when (apparently we are not the only ones, clearly there is some employees in the shop that are incompetent) we had leaky oil plug and broken small parts. Samantha was very rude and defensive even when calmly bringing up issues. Sorry Samantha, it was not another shop that broke things, we “only” went to Stapp. Not a single other mechanic touched our cars. And I bet you did not forward our concerns about the issues we found to management like I suggested (trying to help them fix their employee training issue). Sadly we will be going elsewhere, and that truck we were going to buy, sorry no. More
Oil change service. Took over 2.5 hours (with appointment). When I got home, I reviewed the invoice and noticed they had put 5qts. of synthetic oil in my 2007 Prius, whi Took over 2.5 hours (with appointment). When I got home, I reviewed the invoice and noticed they had put 5qts. of synthetic oil in my 2007 Prius, which I didn't request. Also, my Prius only takes 4qts of oil. I have made calls to service department and customer relations manager, left messages explaining the situation and asking for a credit for the synthetic oil - no replies! I also sent 2 emails with no response. Based on my experience, I will no longer have our Prius serviced at Stapp Toyota. FYI I've been having my Prius serviced at Stapp for the last 14 years. More
My truck was purchased from the dealership and the reason for this service was some road damage from debris in the roadway; and as it turned out a warranty issue came up during the repair process.
