I waited while the truck was "serviced" got it back and had to return to work. That evening I checked the oil, filter, and drain plug and nothing had been touched. I don't think the hood was even raised. I took pictures of everything and sent them to the customer service rep. I also sent pics of everything after I changed it to show that new filters are shinny and the drain plug area is usually wiped from the oil residue after draining. They agreed nothing had been done. The service manager was very hard to get a hold of and in general has very poor customer service. If my oil wasn't changed were all the other things done? Multi point inspection? Tire rotation? Basically the mechanic was banking on the fact that I would not check my vehicle over since its new. Overall terrible experience and do not recommend the service at all. More

Bad Service Experience We were in need of having something done on our 2010 4Runner and were having a hard time finding a dealership that had the necessary machine. When we We were in need of having something done on our 2010 4Runner and were having a hard time finding a dealership that had the necessary machine. When we contacted Stapp Interstate Toyota, we made it a point to let them know we had a 40 minute drive to their dealership, so before we made an appointment we wanted to make sure they had the equipment and would be able to do the job for us. They confirmed they could and quoted us a little over $200 and said it would take about an hour and a half. My boyfriend drove down the morning of the appointment and waited at least 2 hours before being told they would not be able to complete the job that day. They told him they did not have the fluid and they'd need to keep the vehicle for the whole day to complete the job. I had to drive 40 minutes down there to pick him up and we let them know we'd return the following morning. Towards the end of the day, I received a call from the Service Manager, Ryan Zamudio, letting me know the gauge on their machine broke and they wouldn't be able to complete the job after all. We asked for information about how long it would take to be able to get the job done and were told it could be several weeks or longer before the machine was fixed. We drove 40 minutes for the fourth time in two days, only to pick up a vehicle that still had the same issue. We spoke with Josh that morning and he said they may be able to acquire the machine from somewhere in Denver and would let us know if so. He said Ryan would be back on Monday and that I'd hear from someone with an update. A whole week went by with no follow-up so on Friday, I left a message for Ryan. Several days into the following week, still no return call so I called back and spoke with Tiffany. I now had to explain the saga to someone else but she did at least call me back pretty quickly that day after she had the chance to determine the status, which was still the machine is broken and it may take several weeks to get it fixed or replaced. We started calling around to other dealerships since it seemed obvious Stapp wasn't going to deliver. We were having difficulty finding anyone who had what was needed so I called Stapp again to ask about the option Josh mentioned to get a replacement gauge/machine. I also just asked for any direction or assistance in finding a dealership that could help us out. I left a voicemail on a shared mailbox for Tiffany and Josh and never received a return call. Weeks now have passed and they never called back. After extensive outreach, we found that the fluid alone on this job costs over $200 plus pretty significant labor time, bringing in quotes closer to $500. We can't help but wonder if Stapp realized how much they underquoted us and just stopped calling us back. Either way, we've identified a great service partner with Mountain States Toyota and their ability to do what we needed in a timely and professional manner. They've earned our business for years to come and we will definitely never work with Stapp again, for service or to purchase. More

It's a convenient location so we have returned hoping that the treatment was due to someone having a bad day, but it just continues. Expect an oil change to take most of your day, arrange a ride, shuttle, or expect to spend a number of hours sitting for them to change your oil (something that a small grease monkey or other like business will complete in 10-15 minutes). Even after emphasizing time sensitivity (and being told to expect an hour) it was 2 hours for the service to be completed. It's nice that they offer a car wash to follow service, however "buyer beware" as you get what you pay for. Last car wash from them resulted in a broken antenna, which they wrote off as "wear and tear" on the vehicle (it worked when I took it in, didn't work when it was taken out). They offered to fix the problem, but of course the part is $75 and with labor it is going to cost me $250. So let's get this straight, they break it and I pay for them to fix it? Seems like great job security, but certainly not an ethical practice. I'd rather pay more for someone to take care of it just to know that I'm not furthering their business. Every service ends with their recommendation for imminent service, but I suppose that's par for the course. Even after expressing concerns to their Customer Service manager (Jacquelyn Joy) there was no resolution to be considered. It's going to be a long drive to the next dealer to get our car serviced and our next car purchased (we still love our Toyota vehicles), but we are not going through any more stress with this dealership. Painless Purchase First, let me say that I hate buying a new car. I would rather have my wisdom teeth pulled than have to deal with a car salesman. I hate haggling, and First, let me say that I hate buying a new car. I would rather have my wisdom teeth pulled than have to deal with a car salesman. I hate haggling, and I hate feeling like I've been taken to the cleaners. My current Toyotas are 13 and 14 years old, and I thought it was time (or rather my wife did!) for a newer vehicle, since we now want to do more traveling. I looked on the web at several car dealers. What caught my eye was the email price offered by Stapp. Wow, I thought, I won't even have to look a salesman in the eye! So I requested a price on a new Prius that they had on the lot. I got back a price that I thought was good, and I checked it at Edmunds, who also said it was good. So I contacted the person in charge of email sales, Bruce Harrington, and made an appointment. I don't want to drag this story (or recommendation) into overtime, so just let me say that I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience in dealing with Bruce. He was professional, friendly, low key, and accomodating. I dealt only with Bruce from beginning to end. There were no high pressure tactics, as is often the case when some dealers hand you over to the "cleanup batter." I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I highly recommend Bruce as a "go to" salesman. Further, I bought the clear mask for the front end to keep my paint from getting dinged up. Bruce made me an appointment for the following Wednesday and said it would take a couple of hours. The service person I worked with (sorry, forgot his name) wrote me up, showed me where the waiting area with computers and TV and a comfortable sitting area were located, as well as an onsite snack bar. Other employees that I talked to during my 2-hr wait were also friendly and helpful. The car was finished in 2 hours, and I can't find any flaws in the clear mask. Do yourself a favor and give Stapp a chance to impress you too. By the way, the only reason I gave them a good on "price" instead of excellent is that I think I could have even done better if I were a haggler, but you know my story, and I'm sticking to it. Reliable safe vehicles backed by superior customer service! I recently found my 2008 Toyota RAV 4 out of warranty and in need of a costly repair. It seemed too premature for a repair of this magnitude. I presented my case to Mr. Art Stapp, Owner and Principal dealer of Stapp Interstate Toyota-Scion in Frederick. He immediately took action and expressed that my satisfaction was his greatest concern. Mr. Stapp and his service team presented all my current and past repair records to the corporation office. Together, they decided to pay the ENTIRE cost of my repairs! They really stand behind their product and repairs 100%. Some words of advice: always have your car serviced at the dealership even for oil changes. Not only do you know the job is being done right for a comparable price, but you have a record of your maintenance should the unusual happen. It made a huge difference in my case. YOU CAN TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! Being a single woman, I felt listened to and never once did I feel they were taking advantage. They take the fear out of the buying process. Great vehicles, Competitive pricing and all with first class customer service!! More
From the minute I drove in for service, the service experience was dramatically positive in every regard. Upon calling for a service appointment, I received same day scheduling (when I have an availabl experience was dramatically positive in every regard. Upon calling for a service appointment, I received same day scheduling (when I have an available hour or two and the red service is due light is on, this is very important). When I drove in, I found an open and clean entry service bay. I walked to the service counter and Andrea quickly and professionally processed my service order with a pleasant, courteous attitude. She asked if I would want my car washed and I was given an estimated time of service completion. I waited in a quiet, clean business office with a computer available while my car was serviced. Upon service completion, I was notified, and briefed on the service findings and what might need future attention. All in all, there is nothing more that Stapp Toyota could have done to make this a better experience. I take that back, what about a snack bar and/or barber availability? More

I am writing a review today because of the unbelievable service and costumer care Stapp interstate provided my husband and I last month. My son and husband accidently drove our car into the garage with the service and costumer care Stapp interstate provided my husband and I last month. My son and husband accidently drove our car into the garage with the back door open and took the car door right off the car. We didn't know what to do, we were scared to drive the car to a repair shop and we needed two cars since we both work. One call to Stapp interstates and the problem was solved!! They came and got our car and gave us a car to test drive while they figured out the damage on our car. Brion Stapp personally checked in with my husband to make sure our family car needs where meet and brought use a new Highlander with a car seat in it for our young son. It was unbelievable, I have never had customer service like that before. It turns out our car could be fixed and Stapp interstate worked with our insurance so we only had to pay our deductable. Our old car came back looking brand new because Stapp interstate even detailed the car. It was such a treat to have a car that didn't have kids leftover snacks all over it. This was all done with only one trip to dealership and reapir shop. I wouldn't deal with any other toyota dealership in Co but Stapp Interstate. Totally worth the drive!!! More
