Our technicians read oil capacity sheets for each vehicle, however the parts department made the accounting error. I have been on contact with our Customer Service Manager who informed me that we are in the process of issuing you a refund for the additional quart of oil. 'WorkinJoe" - I sincerely apologize if our sales associate was not clear on the reason why the vehicle you were inquiring was marked up. We have a Stapp I25 Custom department where we will add dealer installed accessories to available inventory, which in turn will raise the cost of the vehicle. While you don't state which vehicle you were inquiring about, our Stapp I25 Custom vehicles are the only time a vehicle would have a price higher than MSRP, again because we have added accessories to the vehicle.
