Just bought a 2024 Grand Highlander from Michaell Cangelosi at Stapp Interstate Toyota. He ordered the car for us and personally closed the sale. We traded in a vehicle and went to the dealership in November to cancel the remaining portion of the products that we purchased. We were treated incredibly unprofessionally by the sales manager who would barely speak to us or even make eye contact. Clearly he was upset that it was going to cost him some money. At any rate, I blew it off as I intended to never have to deal with this store again. I understand there is a processing time to get a refund--I am in this business, and I respect the process. Fast forward to today when I called to inquire about the status of our refund. I spoke to a very helpful woman in the business office who unfortunately informed me that the sales manager never turned in our paperwork....honestly, I was not surprised in the least. The documentation I have in my possession is from 10 weeks ago and was signed by the man himself. If you are looking for a Toyota store that has shady business practices (fails to make payoffs on trades in a timely manner, or lists equipment on a vehicle that does not exist just to name a couple of our other experiences here) then you have come to the right place! This store does not care about taking care of their customers, they do not take the high road, and I completely regret ever doing business with them More
Very easy access to the dealership. They are able to get vehicles that many other dealerships couldn’t. Other dealerships stated that fee was non refundable even if they couldn’t locate the car you wanted. Drew was amazing! Always kept me up to date via text or email. Multi years we went to Stapp for service on our two new vehicles. No issues till this year when (apparently we are not the only ones, clearly there is some employees in the shop that are incompetent) we ha vehicles. No issues till this year when (apparently we are not the only ones, clearly there is some employees in the shop that are incompetent) we had leaky oil plug and broken small parts. Samantha was very rude and defensive even when calmly bringing up issues. Sorry Samantha, it was not another shop that broke things, we “only” went to Stapp. Not a single other mechanic touched our cars. And I bet you did not forward our concerns about the issues we found to management like I suggested (trying to help them fix their employee training issue). Sadly we will be going elsewhere, and that truck we were going to buy, sorry no. More
