OMG. I rushed around when called at 5pm to get my car, and had all my ducks in line for errands and PEO meeting. Coming home at 9 pm I was stopped by an Adams co Sheriff-- tail lights on right rear are ou and had all my ducks in line for errands and PEO meeting. Coming home at 9 pm I was stopped by an Adams co Sheriff-- tail lights on right rear are out, and in checking he told me that lights in front also were out..nothing working on right side. This after all the assurance of the efforts service were making to check everything! And the shade that can go over the deck and is stored under the back deck, just loose in the rear......I am NOT a happy Toyota owner!! More

Whenever we call or visit Stapp, we feel at home, because we know everyone. Clint made sure we had personal introductions to every person in sales and service, even his mother Debbie who is often at the dealership. The main difference between a family owned dealership and the larger dealerships is all a matter of caring.
