I got phone calls from Agents wanting to speak to me that was great that was nice it was awesome that they communicated as quickly as they did. This dealer contacted me took some information then contacted me later and said he was working on trying to get me a no down payment arrangement. So I had an awful experience. I even reached out to Stanley after they said they wanted to fix it. I got approved for a jeep an amazing special edition wrangler I really wanted wi I even reached out to Stanley after they said they wanted to fix it. I went to get the paper work signed and get some final information and I get told upon returning if I had been there 10 min earlier I could if bought the vehicle. I had already sat in the EASTLAND Stanley the day before for over 6 hours trying to get a vehicle never happened. So he tells me they have a 4 door jeep tells me other than the special edition it’s basically the same. I’m like awesome he does show me the Jeep blocks the door and it’s currently being cleaned I had already driven the other one. He closes the door and says let’s go do some paper work. I’m sitting there livid at first but then I’m slightly excited getting the 4 door…. Then more waiting 3 and half hours waiting on them to clean my vehicle. Finally get it and I get inside and it has no electric windows or locks. Which I understand I should of looked but he told me there was no difference. Also didn’t have alpine speakers like the other. And on top of that they have me a 15 in wheel with an unusable spare tire completely shredded on the inside. I reach out to Stanley and I get told they are going to contact me… weeks go by I end up with a really bad case of covid and lost my voice I GOT ONE PHONE CALL I MEAN ONE. I called back with a very strange voice and left multiple messages for the manager to call me never did. About two weeks had gone by still just the one phone call and at this point 9 messages at the dealer ship… I have the call logs. My voice is finally better I call and demand to speak to the sales manger I can hear the person who answered the phone In the back ground talking to the man… you can clearly hear him say “ I’m not dealing with this let him keep calling” I can’t 100% confirm it was the manager but the second she got back on the phone she tells me he’s in a meeting and will call me back shortly. I called 6 more times. With a total of 17 calls in 3 weeks trying to speak to Stanley about this experience… but no so I’m going to put this on blast. Just know you may get a decent price but they will sell something right out from under your if they get the chance. Just because I wasn’t paying cash they made me feel very less than. And I do 100% regret purchasing the vehicle from them. I love my Jeep but it even had hidden rust damage… and they didn’t even clean it. It was disgusting even after waiting for over 7 hours total in the day. After. Was promised it wouldn’t take that long. Just know when you walk on that property they are going to say or tell you whatever they want. And they made me purchase a warranty because of my loan which was fine… but then just never gave me any type of warranty paper work I went up to ask for it and the only people there didn’t know what where it was. Suppose to call and let me know when they got it. Never did. Idk just if you wanna buy a dodge or Jeep I think there’s better places to go who aren’t going to be so sneaky about the way they do things. I just can’t get over those girls selling that jeep out from under me… for 4000$ more dollars then I was paying because I’M THE ONE THAT TOLD THEM IT WAS A SPECIAL EDITION… they didn’t even know… I talk to the person who did buy it. Blew my mind. I even told them I was about to buy it for 4kless so yeah. If you are going to have people selling cars if someone is in the process of getting all his financing together you sure as xxxx don’t need to be doing a bait and switch because 1000% that’s what this was. I bought a 2021 Laramie at the dealership in Sept 2021. I had a service contract, but when I took it in for servicing on Oct 29, they charged me $85 extra because I requested synthetic oil. Also didn't rota had a service contract, but when I took it in for servicing on Oct 29, they charged me $85 extra because I requested synthetic oil. Also didn't rotate the tires, which was part of the contract. I called back a few days later, and talked to a person named Johnny, he said he would either mail me a check for the difference, or call with an explaination. He has done neither. I've had several service contracts on Rams in the last 10+ years, never had this problem before. I will not be dealing with this business in the future. More
