There service department was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I set the appointment up for an 8 AM appointment, got in Ms. Lori did advise me that the Technician that does the diagnostic does not c very helpful. I set the appointment up for an 8 AM appointment, got in Ms. Lori did advise me that the Technician that does the diagnostic does not come in on Saturday but she did set me up for Monday. I left the car with them do the diagnostics By midday Monday I had the results of the issue. Definitely will return if need be. Very professional people. I will be returning for the 4th time in only about 5 weeks or so to get my tail gate fixed. Now I will point out that its either the parts being ordered that are bad or the work being done on the truck weeks or so to get my tail gate fixed. The person I originally spoke to LB was not allowed to help me when I pulled into the garage of Stan McNabb. Instead, I got this horribly rude man who jumped to it just because my car is a corvette. He ne help me when I pulled into the garage of Stan McNabb. Instead, I got this horribly rude man who jumped to it just because my car is a corvette. He never said hello or introduced himself, and was a complete jerk to me. Other staff there heard how rude he was and they all apologized later to me for his rudeness. He argued with me about the price of a “used car check up.” And when I told him that the flashers did not work, he rudely informed me that it would be an additional $120 and when I told him that Walker Chevrolet was willing to check it out, his response to me was, sarcastically “okayyyy?” In other words, “so take there lady, I don’t really give a rip.” He was rude, condense ding, he never answered his phone when I called to check on the car. And when I called the shop, LB told me that he turns his phone off while he’s gone to lunch. I’m in real estate and I can’t imagine how poor my business would be if I turned my phone and didn’t answer calls when a client calls me. It was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with any automotive dealership ever. On top of all of that I’m not sure they even looked over the engine of the car to ensure that my purchase was a good purchase because the only report that I got back was a broken vanity mirror, and that the flashers didn’t work which I knew before taking it into their shop. Needless to say me nor my Corvette will be back for their business. More
