First time in for the day was terrible. I called manager and the second time in was good. I know others feel the same way because as I sat there and waited in waiting room there was a couple and a problem t and the second time in was good. I know others feel the same way because as I sat there and waited in waiting room there was a couple and a problem they needed to discuss with the service manager which was out sick. The tech said we can talk to xxxx. About it . They said are you talking g about the guy that just came through here and tech said yes. They said no we dealt with him before we need to discuss with someone else.. in customer service you need people skills and this dealership is lacking in that with a certain person in service dept. sadly. I’m planning on driving to franklin for service from now on. More

My visit to this dealership was not the best. My vehicle went in for a warranty repair. First they ordered the wrongs parts. Then it took about a month for them to get the right parts. Took my vehicle back went in for a warranty repair. First they ordered the wrongs parts. Then it took about a month for them to get the right parts. Took my vehicle back to get repaired. After the repair was done my vehicle was then damaged. They did cover the repair and got it fixed but it was just unpleasant. More
