Lori was great! She kept me updated daily as to what was happening with the repair. She made the whole experience a lot less stressful. l live 30 miles away and had closer dealership options but It was wort happening with the repair. I was on a road trip in the summer months with my family when the A/C in my truck went out. Patrick in service understood the stress of the situation and helped tremendously to make sure we were back on the when the A/C in my truck went out. I arrived at 9 for my appointment and waited 3.5 hours for just a diagnostic test. only to be told every 45 minutes that it needs charging. I see people after me leaving before me and then you’s wanted $3 for just a diagnostic test. only to be told every 45 minutes that it needs charging. Big difference there. plus received $19.25 back for core charge. I will not to be back to your dealership. More
I cannot praise Patrick enough. We dropped our Ford Expedition off at the Ford dealer for AC not working and I picked my husband up in my 2003 Chevy SSR and as we left Ford dealer it overheated. We were 3 blocks from Chey dealer and waited 45 minutes to cool down and drove straight to Chevy. We explained to Patrick in service what happened and that we live in Hohenwald and he managed to get it diagnosed, checked my extended warranty, find a new fan in Nashville and into a rental car within 2 hours. That is exemplar customer service! More

Got an appointment the next day! Was provided transportation! Called me with estimate of work to be done! AC drain stopped up and needed to be replaced! I took my 2015 Silverado in because the a/c was not working. It was blowing, not cooling so I figured it was a leak. After the $200 to just locate the leak it was going to be another $1200 to make the repairs! I understand I am dealing with a dealership but that seemed extremely high so I took my truck to a trusted friend that has been a mechanic for 40 years and owns his own shop. The total cost of the repair was $479... Even if I did get a friends and family discount the difference should not be a $1000! I am a Columbia native. I never did business with Lucas, buying trucks all of which have been Chevrolets from other dealers outside of town. I had hoped with the name change that this dealership had improved it's ways but from what I have seen with this experience I will continue to carry my business outside of town. This review is solely directed towards the powers that be that determine the maintenance pricing. The technician himself and the service reps were extremely easy to work with and understanding. More
