Made a typically painful experience enjoyable! Buying cars is not something I enjoy, but I promised my wife a new car after the holidays and we decided to stop by Stan McNabb GMC in Tullahoma. Dwa Buying cars is not something I enjoy, but I promised my wife a new car after the holidays and we decided to stop by Stan McNabb GMC in Tullahoma. Dwayne Salts came out to greet us and really made the entire process very smooth. Dwayne's knowledge of the vehicles is top notch, he was able to answer every question we asked, he was honest and genuine and didn't make us feel pressured at all. My wife tried out a few cars (we finally settled on a pearl white Chevy Equinox) and Dwayne's patience throughout the entire afternoon was stellar. He was so friendly and helpful that my wife and I felt like we had known him forever. Once we decided on the car we wanted he helped us through the entire process. Justin was waiting for us when it got time to deal with the finances and he was just as awesome. He clearly explained all the different options and was able to answer all the financing questions we had. Overall, buying a car has been a historically painful process for me, and even after buying a car you just feel dirty. This time we were extremely happy with our purchase and felt like we made some new friends!
