Staff made dreaded repair work actually pleasant I had the pleasure of working with Dan on two (expensive!!) repairs. He was pleasant, understanding and exceptionally capable of getting the equipmen I had the pleasure of working with Dan on two (expensive!!) repairs. He was pleasant, understanding and exceptionally capable of getting the equipment needed to repair the car and keeping me informed of what was going on every step of the way. He made what could have been an excruciating experience a pleasant one. I also met two of his coworkers when I picked up my car; they were also extremely friendly and kind.
