Unfortunately my husband was in an accident and was hit from behind and sustained quite a lot of damage to our new car. We brought it back to the dealership and they dealt with insurance company and the body shop and we had to do next to nothing. They stayed in constant communication to let us know what the status of the car was and when the repair work would be complete. The body shop returned the car to them and they were not satisfied with some of the work and they sent it back to the body shop. Upon completion they delivered the car back to us. We dealt with Dave, Dan, and Jay. I cannot say enough about this group of people or the customer service that service department has given us. We would surely by another car from the dealership because of the service department. More

When I was told that other services were identified, the person explained them in detail and told me why I should consider having them done. Unfortunately I do not have the person's name available, however he was knowledgeable and honest in his presentation. And there was no pressure placed on me to do all of them in this visit.
