I initially walked into Stamford Hyundai for routine maintenance of my 2019 Kona and ultimately left with a new car. Karisha Bennett was wonderful! I was greeted with a smile and when it was time to e maintenance of my 2019 Kona and ultimately left with a new car. Karisha Bennett was wonderful! I was greeted with a smile and when it was time to explain what service was needed on my Kona, she gave me a clear understanding of what had to be done as well as an update on my vehicles' warranty. While waiting for my Kona, I began wondering around the lot and and asked about luxury vehicle that was for sale. I had worked with Hensley when I purchased the Kona who referred me over to Jonathan. Jonathan took me on a test drive in a BMW X3 that just happed to be on the lot. The drive was perfect. The route he chose allowed me to feel the drive, turn radius and acceleration of the X3. I almost gave up on Stamford Hyundai due to previous service but Krisha was the first person I encountered and due to her professionalism and friendly nature, it was a no brainer when I decided to purchase the BMW X3. More
