When we got there we were not bombarded by salespeople, which was great. When we found the car and were ready for a test drive, we ran into Ann Roufs, and we were so lucky we did. She made us feel like we were old friends, we hit it off immediately. She made our whole car buying experience a fantastic one. From the moment we decided on a car, to the moment we picked up our car, she was there for us. We also worked with Paul, who made us aware of the different options we had so we could actually go home with the car. He was great. The showroom was very clean and the lounge area upstairs was amazing. We were so glad we made the trip from Westchester,over to Stamford Hyundai. Thanks to all who made this a great experience for us. We are extremely happy! More

The Worst Experience of My Life! Vlad was my salesman. Nice; not very informative. Ertan and David were nice but fake and stabbed me in the back with their smiles. After calling me and telling me that I was approved for financing and to come on down to pick up my new car, they kept me waiting for 6 hours -- 6 hours!! -- because they were waiting on a final piece of paper from the bank, and apparently the bank's computer system was down. In the 7th hour, they called me into Ertan's office and dropped the bomb on me that (in their words) "I had to sweeten their pie" -- meaning they wanted an additional $4,500 from me! Now, I was told that the bank's computer system was still down, so why were they requesting this additional money from me?? Needless to say, I walked out telling them that they could keep their car. The next day, I went to the Garavel dealership in Norwalk and that same day, I drove my 2014 Jeep Cherokee home!! More
