Worst experience I've ever had. Manager Mark is arrogant and treats customers badly. I bought a black Outlander, the car is all scratched and has a rough paint job, there's paint on Manager Mark is arrogant and treats customers badly. I bought a black Outlander, the car is all scratched and has a rough paint job, there's paint on the windows and white paint splashes on the paint. They sent my wrong date of birth to the bank and now I can't access the bank's website to make payments. They promised me the first payment in 45 days and now after 30 days I'm receiving calls and messages from the bank charging me late payment and wanting me to make 2 payments in the same month. I called the store's financial department and no one answers. Manager Mark doesn't care, treats you badly and does nothing to help solve the problem. I don't want this car anymore because of all these problems and Mitsubishi refuses to undo the deal and give me my money back. They're liars and they break the barrier of honesty to sell a vehicle at any cost.(mitsubishi st pete is a trash) More

I needed a lot of work on my 2015 vehicle. Cam and his service team took care of all of my vehicle's issues taking the time to explain everything that had to be done before making the repairs Cam and his service team took care of all of my vehicle's issues taking the time to explain everything that had to be done before making the repairs and patiently answered all of my questions. Be very careful when going to this dealership. I had my minivan serviced here with transmission problems. I took it here because I thought I could trust them to not rake me through the coals, but they did minivan serviced here with transmission problems. They told me I had to replace my entire transmission and come to find out all they had to replace was the torch converter. I found out by Ford throwing out a recall on my exact problem. When I turned in for the refund on the recall, Ford would only give a refund for the actual problem, not the extra work Scarritt did beyond what was needed. In talking with the Service manager and the Owner Frank Scarritt, they threw their hands up and were not willing to own up to what they did. Ford specifically told me and them that the Torch converter was the only problem and still no care at all from Scarritt. It also took me over a month to get any response from Frank Scarritt. It was like he was hiding behind his service manager. The service manager bounced around from excuse to excuse and even told me he wasn't employed there at the time of the service so there was nothing he could do. Please think twice before trusting scarritt... More
