worst buying experience i have ever had we signed papers originally on 9/6, we were told the next morning that we couldnt take truck because it was against law for them to let it go without we signed papers originally on 9/6, we were told the next morning that we couldnt take truck because it was against law for them to let it go without the title, we were never told they did not have title til after, 5 days went buy with us calling them twice daily, noone there likes to return calls, or call when they say they are going to, we called and told them either we were coming to get truck or would be down to tear up papers, funny we were able to take truck home at that point, only to have to resign papers because of dates and the DMV, we were supposed to get a call from service on monday or tues about doing the things agreed upon, again, no phone call, we called them, appt was set up, was told would have truck back that night, no call so husband called down was told, sorry wrong tires were sent , will have it all taken care of by 10am next morning and they would call, again, no call, so at 12 i called, he said it would be about an hr and everything would be done, my husband arrived to get his new truck and was told, still need to bring it back because they needed another part for the plow hookup. ,i also own my own business, communication is a big thing. Poor communication. Poor follow up. Called for a price. Said I needed to talk to Parts, but parts was on the phone. Was asked to leave a message for Parts, so I left a message. Again said I needed to talk to Parts, but Parts was on another line, would I like to leave a message. Related my last experience leaving a message. Was told that was because Parts was on vacation. (The whole department?) Left another message. Still no call back. Got the part on line instead. Called Service to get price for installation. Service said I needed to talk to Parts. Transferred to Parts, said I needed to talk to Service. I related that Service xfered me to him. He then carried on a conversation with Service to get me an answer. I made an appointment for the service. Service was not successful. When I rated them poorly on a similar survey, I got a call from the GM. He acted solicitous and said he'd set up an appointment. Called me back and said they couldn't fix my problem. He had also emailed me. I asked a return question via email. He never responded either to answer it or to say he couldn't answer it. It seems that the poor responses are driven from the top down. More

No Hassel dealing I came to the dealership to either trade or to just buy out my lease. I had an hour to spend. Once we had the deal complete, we were in the dealership for about 90 minutes filling out paperwork. When we said we did not want something, they did not try for the hard sell, just moved onto the next item. Truck was not ready (due to a paperwork issue), but loaned us a vehicle for the night. They were also even willing to look at an issue discovered after I had driven the truck for 2 days (leak in the cab), for no charge (no warranty) Salesperson was quick to respond and very helpful throughout the process.
