Service experience Went to get a oil change on my lease from here. When scheduled on the phone, Jaz was very friendly and said we could have a shuttle up to the hospital Went to get a oil change on my lease from here. When scheduled on the phone, Jaz was very friendly and said we could have a shuttle up to the hospital for an appointment. Got to the garage and guys there seemed to act like shuttle was an inconvenience. When we called back to get picked up, they seemed like we weren't suppose to be calling back and needed to get down on our own.. Guy showed up about 10 minutes after calling in our own vehicle. (2 carseats in the back seat, very small middle seat left- myself 9 months pregnant and 6 ft tall husband) wasnt expecting this for a ride. Guy who was driving had nothing to say about this. Got back to the garage and the driver seemed to have no knowledge on our paperwork....Richard finally came out to find our papers and gave some knowledge. More

Decent deal on used truck, lied to my face. I think for the deal I received I’m happy, but I was suppose to get tires in the deal because the ones on it are crap and somehow magically they passe I think for the deal I received I’m happy, but I was suppose to get tires in the deal because the ones on it are crap and somehow magically they passed their inspection. Then they later took that deal away and said we will give you tires at cost. Same tires I could get down the road for $600 mounted and balanced they said their cost on those same tires is $750. They lie all the time and I’m so sick of them. If they didn’t lie about that and how “they weren’t making any money” from the deal they gave me on my truck I’d give them a good review. More
