I did not end up purchasing a vehicle but they were so accommodating throughout the process and super helpful. I would 100% recommend working with Nason. accommodating throughout the process and super helpful. I would 100% recommend working with Nason. More
Kayla Bruno did an excellent job, I was kept informed as the vehicle was prepared for sale in a timely fashion, all with a courteous and low pressure approach. the vehicle was prepared for sale in a timely fashion, all with a courteous and low pressure approach. More
Kayla was awesome to work with. Same with David. Been going back and forth trying to get into a different vehicle. They had one that caught my eye and we were able to make it happen Same with David. Got neglected at other dealerships and ended up talking to Kayla Bruno who helped me special order a new RAM 1500 Tungsten. She followed up on the order and kept me informed regularly via text messages. To to Kayla Bruno who helped me special order a new RAM 1500 Tungsten. She followed up on the order and kept me informed regularly via text messages. Took delivery yesterday, and the process was seamless. I was particularly impressed by the open, friendly atmosphere of not only Kayla, but the rest of the staff as well. Five stars, three cheers, no complaints. More
Don't. I travel all over the country for work via air and did not have a lot of time to do research when my primary trucks transmission went out. I found the Jeep at St. Helens and told them I would like to schedule a drive, I was out of town and had very little time when I got home. Several days later I get to the dealer and the Jeep is indeed not ready because the tires are flat. I noted that there were 2 different styles of tire, and asked that they match them front and back not left and right if I took the vehicle. The Jeep was very clean aside from a slight damp smell, came to find out during the first rain 2 months later it leaks puddles into the cab. Why? Because the Freedom Top screws are missing, and the seals are trash. I continued on with the purchase as the vehicle seemed to be in good enough order, and after all I was dealing with a "family" organization. A small mistake of forgetting to get the tires dealt with is not a deal breaker, but I did not feel like they valued me fully as a customer. Kayla, was always as kind and accommodating as she could be, David Flowers seems to be where my experience takes a dramatic turn. I fly back into town to close the deal, I'm ASSURED everything will be ready for a fast turn over, the tires are fixed, it's detailed and ready to go, Kayla even picked me up so I could drive back to the shop (very thankful). Everything seemed ok with sounds and drivability. When we get back I sit, and wait, while a different (most likely more lucrative) deal is being done with a salesman and a Dodge rep, and wait and wait. Told paperwork is done, I just need to sign as soon as David is done. When he's done, nothing is prepared, my papers are being printed and all of a sudden the asking price is up $1,000, when I ask why, I'm told it's the tax title and license...but well...I found out later it wasn't. He just jacked up the price at the last second. (See screenshots) So I take the vehicle, and 5 minutes after leaving the fuel light comes on. It was empty. Now I'm furious, but the Google review requests keep coming. Not about bad energy, I leave it be. It's a used car buying experience, what did I expect. I get a text from Kayla checking in and I report the following: "When I came out to look at the vehicle, I was assured everything would be ready for me to test drive. It wasn't because the tires were flat. Okay, but that's when I pointed out the tires should at least match front and back. Having one style on the left and another on the right is a sales tactic to hide that there's 2 different types of tires. All I asked for was put the same on the back and the same on the front. Nope. - They only filled the spare tire..it's flat on the Jeep because there's a screw in it. Your service team never fixed it, just inflated it, and remounted it with the screw facing up. - There's only 1 key. Y'all can make them and didn't for my purchase. The cost to me will be significantly higher. Not a great detail. - While it was highly appreciated you picking me up to finalize the purchase, 2 minutes after 1 left, I realized there was no gas in it. The gas light came on on the way home. -The left front has a creeking sound, most likely a bushing, but something 1 will eventually have to address." Their response? Offer me a new spare, give me the number of their key guy for me to buy, and go bang it around to get the squeak out. I already plugged the tire, it was a screw and took 5 minutes. Fast forward, I'm driving to work this Wednesday 1/8/24 and the Jeep loses power at 55 mph. I pull over and call St Helens to ask what if any warranty I got with this purchase and that I was stalled on the side of road. They said "give me a few minutes, the person who can handle this is out." I never heard back. They beg for that review incessantly. Here ya go. More
