Had to contact them 3 times for warranty work. 1st time they had to contact Jeep to see if they would cover warranty (Only 13,000 miles on car. 2nd time said they needed to order parts. - they 1st time they had to contact Jeep to see if they would cover warranty (Only 13,000 miles on car. 2nd time said they needed to order parts. - they would call when they came in. never received phone call. 3rd time after we contacted them after 3 weeks waiting. They still hadn't ordered parts. Finally got phone call that parts came in and job was finished. I will never buy there again. More
