The battery on my 2020 Subaru Outback was unable to hold a charge. Several times I'd go to start the car only to hear a click. The car is still covered by the 3 year warranty. I took it to Morrie's Brook a charge. Several times I'd go to start the car only to hear a click. The car is still covered by the 3 year warranty. I took it to Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru and after three hours they said they charged the battery and I needed to drive it daily or plug in a battery tender to charge it. After failing several more times I took it to Luther's St Cloud Subaru. They confirmed that the battery would not hold a charge, received a failure code, replaced my battery covered by the warranty, and had me back on the road in less than two hours. I informed Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru and the service manager responded that my experience was not typical of their dealership. However, that was simply an excuse for their obvious incompetence. Go to Luther's St Cloud Subaru if you want a dealership you can trust. More
