We had codes that our local mechanic couldn't fix. We dropped off the car and the way through town in the morning and they had it figured out and fixed by the afternoon. At 60,000 miles my outback was leaking oil. Or so I think, kind of an oily mess on back side of engine. Kind of disappointed cause it’s fairly new and only has 60,000 miles. Service employee was polite and they tried to find the leak. They cleaned off the engine and I’ll put some more miles on it and bring it in and then maybe they can pinpoint the source. They did what they could so thanks. More

Service was ok but I’m very unhappy with the review of my tires. Supposedly the tread is in the red zone and I asked what caused it. The response was that the tires must have been out of alignment. Why is that- your service dept is the only people that have done the rotation & alignment and it only has 32,000 miles. So are the tires of poor quality? or were they misaligned?? Appointment took 2 hrs and the bill was $700! They also did not rotate the tires because I need new ones??!! I have never had anyone else do my service but I guess I need to look elsewhere. More
