St. Cloud Subaru - Service Center

I would give your service team 10 stars if the option was available! I bought my 2022 Subaru Outback from St. Cloud, but I live in Duluth. On Friday I had an appointment in St. Cloud. Right before I got t available! I bought my 2022 Subaru Outback from St. Cloud, but I live in Duluth. On Friday I had an appointment in St. Cloud. Right before I got to the Target on 23, my "eye sight" and "check engine" warning came on...(so much for my favorite stop at Gopher!!!)...Not knowing what any of these warnings meant or if I should continue driving it, I was a bit panicked!! I put St. Cloud Subaru into my Maps and headed there right away! MAN... your people are AWESOME!! They told me to drive right in and they would figure out what was going on....LOL...they obviously sensed my "panic" because they told me to go into the waiting room and have some treats and coffee and then come back into the service check in area and they would talk to me when I was ready! When I got back they said they were going to run a diagnostic on it...1-1 1/2 hours and then they would know more...I called my sister who lives in St. Cloud and she came and picked me up...within an hour they called to tell me that they figured out the problem and that an oxygen sensor was to blame! They had it fixed within an hour and called to let me know! I picked it up and they were fabulous...even looked up my warranty and told me all about it! I wish I would have written down everyone's name because EVERYONE that day was beyond fabulous! I do remember Chris at the end and a super friendly retired policeman! Thank you again!!! More

Online scheduling is great -- service was done quickly and everyone is extremely friendly. Quick and Easy. I noticed that I was slightly overdue for an oil change and reached out to see if I could get in that afternoon. I love that I can grab a cup of coffee or a soda and either relax in their very nice lounge or hop on my computer in their work area. I was able to get some work done while waiting and enjoyed a cup of coffee while I was there. Great lounge, everything is always spotless and everyone is so friendly. More
