I purchased a brand new Subaru WRX on 12/30/13 at St Cloud Subaru. I traded in a Subaru BRZ and the salesman I worked with was actually quite good (Asad). No pressure, prices were upfront and honest. The rest of the experience, however was rather frustrating. I waited almost five hours at the dealer while they put winter tires on my new car (swapped from the old car). Which was considerably longer than they told me I would wait. To make matters worse, they claimed a TPMS sensor on my trade-in was bad (this was after all the paperwork was completed) and then proceeded to charge me $120+ dollars for the part. I should have done my homework. That exact same part they charged me over $120 for before taxes is listed on their own eparts website for $94! Considering I just spent close to $30K on a brand new car at their dealership, this seems like a lowball tactic. I will never take my Subaru to this dealership for any service work, and this is most likely my last Subaru purchased at St Cloud Subaru. This would not have happened at the Morries Subaru dealership whom I had purchased from and had my cars serviced in the past. More
