Mat Sanborn did a great job walking us through the sales process including working with your service department on installing the Roadmaster tow plate. Even though the installation of the RV tow plate and wiring was more difficult than expected, they did a great job on the install. All in all it was pleasant experience and we are very happy with the new Crosstrek. More

Competing dealerships haggled much more, but eventually reached a similar price anyway. I appreciated getting to the bottom line fast with St. Cloud Subaru. When I visited the dealership, everything was exactly as promised. No surprises. Delivery was very fast, without being rushed. Kudos to Tommy at the dealership for a quick and easy transaction that saved a lot of time and hassle on both sides. In short: the people I worked with were courteous, respectful, and professional. Will recommend to everyone I know! More

Sold with Bad Ball Bearing I purchased a 2015 Subaru Legacy blind (I'm from Seattle, WA) from St. Cloud Subaru back in April based on their glowing reviews. What a mistake. The I purchased a 2015 Subaru Legacy blind (I'm from Seattle, WA) from St. Cloud Subaru back in April based on their glowing reviews. What a mistake. The car came with a bad ball bearing and cupped wheels. When I contacted St. Cloud Subaru about it they shifted the blame on me saying the shipping of the car was to blame. In other words, they were saying that driving a car in and out of a trailer damaged the ball bearing (which is specifically designed to take tremendous shock and last 100k miles). Thank goodness the car was certified preown and Subaru of America took care of the problem for me, but I was very disappointed in St. Cloud's unwillingness to take responsibility for a car that left their lot damaged.
