Routine service here simply takes too long. Yesterday was longer than usual and I understand short staffing but a simple oil change and tire rotation is always at least an hour...at a small ow Yesterday was longer than usual and I understand short staffing but a simple oil change and tire rotation is always at least an hour...at a small owner garage down any street that same service is 20 minutes. You have state of the art equipment that they do not; you should be able to at least equal their service time. When my maintenance contract is expired, i will seeek routine service elsewhere. More
