Cissy provided great customer service, was helpful, friendly, funny, and was concerned that we were comfortable with all aspects of the sales process and the car’s features and options. We received 16 inches of snow a couple of days after taking home the new Hyundai Tucson and was extremely pleased with the way the all wheel drive handled in that much wet and slippery snow.
