St. Cloud Hyundai

Poor Customer Service... Including GM and used car manger Justin. They had a vehicle I was interested in. I touched base with them to let them know I would be on my way from a 2 hr away distance. I called wh Justin. They had a vehicle I was interested in. I touched base with them to let them know I would be on my way from a 2 hr away distance. I called when I was about 1 hour away being told " YES COME ON IN". I get there after driving 2 hours and communicating with them the whole time to be told" SORRY WE JUST SOLD IT". I than talk to the GM who says I have another vehicle with less miles that he would discount. The other vehicle was a total piece of junk. Just poor leadership from top to bottom GM and Used Manger Justin. Stay clear of these guys. What a JOKE!!!! More

Worst service experience ever. Shop charges me almost $400 for a car still not running. It was even a Hyundai model. Great car buying experience! My wife and I went into they dealership last Saturday and test drove a Palisade. We came back and then discussed numbers. They then gave us a differ My wife and I went into they dealership last Saturday and test drove a Palisade. We came back and then discussed numbers. They then gave us a different Palisade to take out for lunch. My wife and I talked it over, came back and closed the deal. All of the staff were very accommodating and willing to work with us to make sure that we were happy. It was also a much more speedy process compared to a previous dealership in St. Cloud. We will definitely be going back when we need another vehicle. After we purchased our vehicle Noah and Kylie made sure we knew how to use our new vehicle and that we were comfortable and confident driving it home. More

The guys bent over back wards to fix a misunderstanding on our part. Every thing got fixed. The paper work is stupid, and takes a long time. Must be a way to do it more efficiently.
