Victor greeted us as we entered the dealership. We sat and discussed what our needs were for a new vehicle. Got us set up for a test drive of a Palisade with the options we were interested in. We wanted to check out a couple other suvs and said we would call Victor in a couple days. We made our decision on the Palisade and called Victor and they had sold our vehicle we test drove as we did not put a deposit down. He offered to find us another with the same options in my color choice if we put down a deposit and it was there the next day! Great service and communication and we scheduled our Palisade purchase pick up day and time.
