Great customer service I be been going to St. Claire for over a year. Every experience has been great. They take care of my car and the wait is usually minimal. I always go on my day off, so if I have to wait , I am not stressed about being somewhere else. I've dealt with 2 service advisors over the past year, Art and JJ , both have always been very professional and efficient in handling my car issues. The guy who sold me my car ,Patrick Warner, is always available to discuss anything from the new ct6 to how life is in general. Overall it's place is inviting and I appreciate the great service. More
I experienced excellent service and customer care. I took my car in for a regular oil change and maintenance. I also had a problem with my CUE so parts needed to be ordered. The part would be ordered and take a day to come in. I was given a loaner car to use while waiting for the part. The part did not come in on time, so Ryan in the service dept. called to let me know that it should come in the next day. Ryan called me the next day to say that my car was ready to be picked up. I told him I was on my way to a funeral and could not come in that day. He stated no problem, that I could come in the next day. I called in the next day to let them know that I would be coming in on my lunch hour and would be rushing so please have the car in front and ready to go if possible. My car was ready and waiting out front as promised when I arrived. Ryan and the Receptionist were a delight to work with. Both were very professional and friendly. More
Service department has gone downhill Very disappointing experience with the Service department: 1. Cadillac ran out of loaner cars and referred me to Enterprise. Enterprise decided to Very disappointing experience with the Service department: 1. Cadillac ran out of loaner cars and referred me to Enterprise. Enterprise decided to assign me the largest van on the lot and charge me an "upgrade fee" if I want a small/mid-size car. I was dumbfounded and called St Claire Cadillac to ask if they can cover the fee but was unable to get a hold of my service advisor. So I was stranded at Enterprise to go back-and-forth until they finally switched me to a smaller car at no extra charge. The whole ordeal took 30+ minutes, causing me to be late to work. Why would a luxury brand like Cadillac partner with a company like Enterprise to put customers through bad experiences like this? 2. My service advisor failed to communicate in a timely manner. I was originally told that my car would be done by Thursday evening. I never got any updates on Thursday or Friday morning. I had to call multiple times on Friday and was repeatedly told that my service advisor was "busy with other customers." When I finally got a response, I was informed that my car was delayed until next Monday due to "a backlog of other cars." 3. Came Monday, once again, I did not get any updates from Cadillac. I live and work far from the dealership, so it's not like I could come pick up the car on a moment's notice. It wasn't until late Monday afternoon that I was informed that my car was finally done. By that time, I could barely make it to the dealership before they closed. 4. So I inspected my car before driving off the dealership and found that the air in my tires were very low. My service advisor was already gone, so I asked another service advisor. His response was there was nothing he could do because all the air pumps were already locked up. It was still 6:55pm; the dealership closes at 7pm. Really? The customer service at this dealership has really gone downhill. The interesting part is that I had great experience from the same staff before, so I know they are perfectly capable of delivering superior customer service. So St. Claire Cadillac, what has changed to cause your staff to behave like they don't care about maintaining the level of customer service one would expect from a luxury brand? How will you earn repeat customers if your Service Department disappoints existing car owners? More

Friendly New Car Sales Team--No Pressure! I've purchased several new vehicles over the years and this dealership by far has been my most comfortable experience. The new car sales team George I've purchased several new vehicles over the years and this dealership by far has been my most comfortable experience. The new car sales team George Dieck & Robert Battuello were very professional and pleasant to work with. They had no problem staying late on Christmas Eve making sure that all of my questions were answered. This dealership was not the closest to my home but truly worth the drive. I was totally impressed with the amount of 2017 Cadillac Escalades they had in stock and ready for sale. I will definitely shop here again! More

I could not have had a better more honest experience with my family vehicle. Kevin kept me informed through the entire servicing needs of my vehicle. The shuttle driver took over an hour to drop me off at work and was rude when I asked for an ETA on my arrival. When I got to work, I realized that he went way out of the way, and choose a circle route t work and was rude when I asked for an ETA on my arrival. I had an appointment for 7:30 am but people with later times were taken first. Went in for a 19.95 oil change and if they had their way, my bill would have been $500. More
