The service department is the worst! Stopped and explained to one of the girls I had lost power a couple times, it has 2 recalls and radio screen is black and if they could look at it an Stopped and explained to one of the girls I had lost power a couple times, it has 2 recalls and radio screen is black and if they could look at it and she said she could get it in December 11th and that was just to look at it. I swore at her and went inside and told my salesman, Jake Symon who went out with me and got the system working again in only 1 minute. This is the 3rd time In 7 months I've had problems with this service department. I tried reaching Jake LaPart, manager and left message but he never replied back. There was no reason to have to wait 2 weeks to have it looked at. Shame on St.Clair Chrysler for how they handle their faithful/loyal returning vehicle buyers. All 3 of my trucks I have leased from them I have had to reach out to Ram and end up with them being serviced by another dealership! My thanks and appreciation to Jake Symon for the kindness and caring he has shown me. Just to say, I will never take another vehicle there for service ever again, I would drive to another state if I had to. The girls they have at the service desks suck as well. All I have left to say is after losing all power twice now, once on I-75 if it ever happens and causes a crash I will sue them as well as Ram. If your gonna sell vehicles then put people in service that can at least look at the vehicle. I just want to warn anyone who is considering their service avoid them at all cost. Shout out to my salesman Jake Symon, I highly recommend him for your next vehicle! I had high expectations with Jake LaPort, mngr, but after this experience he was a big let down to not return my call especially since I was out of town when this happened! More
Service department is a big joke, and sales department is no better, my car looses power every day, I’ve had CB this vehicle for 3 months only driven for 2 and I’ve had to charge eight times , for a charge t no better, my car looses power every day, I’ve had CB this vehicle for 3 months only driven for 2 and I’ve had to charge eight times , for a charge that is suppose to last at least 200 miles, I haven driven 200 miles yet? ?????? Crap experience Went there for a trade in. I had a 2013 chevy camaro with just 22,000 miles on it, fully loaded and great condition, valued on all websites between 16 Went there for a trade in. I had a 2013 chevy camaro with just 22,000 miles on it, fully loaded and great condition, valued on all websites between 16k-18k. I just moved to Michigan from Las Vegas and wanted something all wheel drive for winter. Found a used 2015 AWD chrysler 200 there listed at $14,900 with 34k miles on it. Seems like a comparable trade since my car is valued more than what their car is worth and my car has 12k less miles on it. I figure it'll be a good deal and I'll get out spending just a few hundred in dealer fees after the trade. Nope. They offer me just 14k for the camaro. They don't budge on that number at all. I tell the dealer, "I cut you a check for 900 bucks of the difference and were done then. That's all?" Matt, the salesman, checks with his boss, comes back and say the lowest they can do is 1200. I say fine let's do it. Then I tell him that 1200 is it right? That pays the dealer fees, tax, and registration charges, everything? He says "well I can't do registration. That's separate." So now it's actually up to 1400 dollars i owe. What a joke. Come to find out, in their site they are now selling my camaro at $21,000 dollars, and only gave me 14k for it. Matt is a xxxxxxx and so is everyone there at this dealer. More

When a complaint was made the vehicle was returned with more problems than brought in for. Mechanics over tightened the lug nuts as a protest to our complaints. Would never buy a vehicle or have one serviced at this dealership. More

Did Not Disclose Ongoing Valve Cover Gasket Problem Purchased my 2013 Buick Encore on 9/28/16. Started noticing an oil smell in November, Check Engine Light Came on & Remote Start wouldn't work. Had oil Purchased my 2013 Buick Encore on 9/28/16. Started noticing an oil smell in November, Check Engine Light Came on & Remote Start wouldn't work. Had oil change and the mechanic said the oil cap was lose. He tightened it and reset the Check Engine Light. A little while later the check engine light returned, remote start won't work and oil is leaking from the Valve Cover Gasket. My mechanic said it has been happening for a long time because there are over 400 codes for it in the cars computer. So far the Valve Cover Gasket & Shroud have to be replaced. Let's see where it goes from there. I contacted the dealer only to get a voicemail and no return call. I will try again!! More
Bad Customer Service after the sale and on service. After purchasing a Certified Used car 2014 Dodge Journey for my wife from Matt on Monday July 11,2016, I drove away and got home and realized that the After purchasing a Certified Used car 2014 Dodge Journey for my wife from Matt on Monday July 11,2016, I drove away and got home and realized that the Navigation unit does not work. this vehicle is still under factory warranty with less than 16,000 miles on it so no big deal. I called Matt he said bring it up and let them look at it. I took it right back and was told they couldn't look at till Monday the 18th, so I asked Matt and he got them to look at it now and they came to the conclusion that the main radio/Navigation would need to be replaced. They said they would order one my thoughts were after looking at the car fax it states the previous owner had brought it in right before trading it for the same thing that should of been tested if it was a Certified Chrysler Used Car. They never called all week to say if the new Nav unit came in and on Saturday now the check Engine light is on well We cant drive this car till that gets fixed. I took it in on Monday Morning with the intention of leaving it to have the Check Engine light problem fixed and the Nav unit installed. Again Michelle tells me they cant get me in till next week and I as for Doug Service manager and they seem to be able to get me in? Now they tell me they can fix the check engine light but they ordered the wrong Nav unit so they will keep the car and get me a loaner and Michelle will call me back to get me a loaner well I never heard from her on Monday and Tuesday morning comes I need my car and my wife is on foot and has to take the day off work without a car. Michelle now tells me they are waiting for UPS to deliver the Nav unit and can get car fixed right away. we waited but never heard back from her all day till about 4:00PM when I called her and she said no Nav Unit and I asked about a rental car and she said she would look and later called me back and said go to enterprise and pick it up well first off how does my wife get there and I am not home at this time and she has no way to Pick it up never did Michelle or anyone offer a ride because the porter/ Driver had already left for the day. So I picked up the Journey and spoke to Doug the Service Manager and Matt the sales person and not once did they try and get aloaner and make things right they were content with me leaving and going to get it fixed at another dealer. When you hear that slogan" At St Clair we care" it really means till they get your money then you are on your own. I thought they were better than this and would take care of issues and keep customers coming back. More
