Bob in the used car side came in on his day off to allow us to test drive a Venza. It was actually a fluke as to how this came about. I called the Car Store to test drive a RAV 4 Hybrid but none to test dri us to test drive a Venza. It was actually a fluke as to how this came about. Talked to Bob Pearson and he told me he would go into work on his day off since my husband only had one day off and we really wanted to check this car out since my old car was not comfortable for my husband any longer. Bob knew everything about that Venza. They have treated me well over the years. I literally bought my last used car there. I had it for about 10 years. The Sales are good over there but Service is very good too! This is why I went back to them. The sales guy by the name of Elias Rosales helped me and WAS super nice too. They have a different way to sell cars I guess these days. Oh the Finance guy was good too. He gave us a visual of all the extra warranties and such. So much better when there is something to look at instead of trying to figure it out in your brain. Either way I am impressed with both sides of St. Charles Toyota. I thought they were fair in their dealings as well. Good job EVERYONE. More

I was interested in test driving possibly/more than likely purchasing a 2022 Camry Hybrid & because I do not live in St.Charles they denied my business stating that at this time they are not offering v likely purchasing a 2022 Camry Hybrid & because I do not live in St.Charles they denied my business stating that at this time they are not offering vehicles for sale unless you live in St.Charles. I have been looking for a new car this past year. I looked at different brands and different dealers. I saw the great reviews Bob Pearson had and reached out to ask some general information on a Rav4. Imagine that in about 2 months time he was able to locate an allocation for me that was within my budget and the color I wanted... in these crazy times I didn't have to settle! Bob Pearson was communicative the whole time, and if he wasn't sure of something he didn't feed me some BS answer. He would tell me he didn't know but would find out. He walked me through the whole process and was amazing through the delivery of the vehicle. Imagine my surprise the next day after delivery he texts me. Giving me ideas on something I could do with my car that we had chatted about during delivery. He still was thinking about how to make my experience great long after he had made the sell. Bob Pearson has a customer for life. Additionally, he was able to be great because of the team that helps him. I greatly believe that not one person can be great. It takes a team. His manager Rob Lyle was able to help Bob get me the color and features I wanted, even gave me 2 options. Darrick Wiseman was the finance manager. Let me tell you what a non nerve wrecking moment that experience was. Darrick walked me through a few warranty options, and when I told him I didnt want certain ones. He removed them off the table. No fighting, no selling, no push back. He knew where my head was at and we were able to make something work on one add on I definitely wanted. This message is long and almost to much, I agree. But I am trying to put into words what a great experience I have had with this team. More

I crossed shopped Highlander, Palisade, MDX. First Acura experience was anything but luxury. All the dealers just kept trying to get me to come as if some how magically my wallet would grow and I"d have mo experience was anything but luxury. St Charles was totally different, I inquired online and next day had email from owner to just check in. I replied with some concerns and he totally listened and responded with options, had his mgr Rob follow up. Rob gave me all the info I asked, never once pressured me to come.
