I love the used car side of St Charles Toyota. Honest fair pricing, and a straightforward buying experience with no games. Terrible experience! I reached out to them for a 4Runner that was in stock but before I see it, it was sold. Jasmin Munoz emailed me then we spoke over the phone and agr I reached out to them for a 4Runner that was in stock but before I see it, it was sold. Jasmin Munoz emailed me then we spoke over the phone and agreed to reach out to her within a week for the new allocation. Today I called, they got the 4Runner and I can see it online but she wasn't aware it is coming to them which is fine but then she said they will only sell to customers within 10 miles radius and I am 20 miles from them. What a waste of time to deal with her and that dealership. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. More
